Gabi is so happy her Poppi is back home! We love you dad...glad you're healthy again :)

Shopping trip

Gabi, Tucker and I are keeping busy in CL with my parents. My mom, Gabi and I went on a little shopping trip today. Gabi got another nice warm hat that covers her ears:) She also is sporting a new outfit for the return ride home from the stores.

Adjusting to life in CL

Tucker has made himself comfortable in Crystal Lake. He says "thank you for my new chair Grandma!"

Auntie Stephie is in town...Gabi is thoroughly enjoying playing with her:)

4 month appointment (at 17 weeks)

Gabi is healthy and happy! She weighs 14 pounds 2 ounces (which puts her in the 50th percentile). She's 26 inches tall (which puts her in the 95th percentile for height)...we've got a tall one! Her head is still on the small side:)...the 25th percentile. And Dr. Bill gave her a 110th percentile for beauty!

Guess who rolled over today?!!?

Gabi was hanging out on her activity mat (which she LOVES) and she rolled over a couple of times. She's still not a big fan of being on her tummy so she rolls from back to tummy...once she gets there she's not so sure it was a good idea but she likes the rolling part!

Out for a walk

Gabi, Tucker and I decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather today. As we were walking down the street we ran into TV crews, TONS of police, etc. We found out President Bush was speaking at our neighborhood school. We all saw the President as he left in his car...he even waved at us! Crazy day!

Of course Tucker decided to poop in front of NBC and Fox news as they were interviewing some of the students. I really hope they edit that part and the part were I had to pick it up:(

Enjoying the heat wave

We took the kids for a walk in this unseasonably warm weather. Gabi loved looking out and enjoying the view and Tucker is always up for a walk.

Nonni's birthday brunch

We all got together for breakfast to celebrate mom's birthday (actually it was yesterday). Gabi had a great time people watching. She's becoming such a busy body:) Happy Birthday Nonni!

Happy New Year

We had a fun time bringing in the new year with Nonni and Poppi. Bill made us a wonderful dinner that I had to show off. Happy 2008!
